Privacy Policy
Draxo helps founder-led AI startups diagnose deal risk, manage execution campaigns, and operate paid workspaces. We take customer privacy seriously: your private workspace data, deal notes, and customer context are protected as confidential business information and are not sold, published, or disclosed for advertising.
1. Information we collect
- Account and workspace information, such as your name, work email, password hash, company or workspace name, role, and team membership.
- Business content you submit, import, or generate in Draxo, including company names, deal stage, pipeline value, owner, stakeholders, deal notes, CRM exports, meeting summaries, campaign drafts, and diagnostic outputs.
- Billing and subscription information handled by our payment providers or merchant of record. Draxo does not store full card numbers.
- Usage, device, log, and security data, such as pages visited, feature interactions, IP address, browser type, approximate location, and error or audit logs.
- Support communications, onboarding notes, refund requests, and feedback you send to us.
- We collect only the information reasonably needed to provide Draxo, protect your account, support you, and improve the service.
2. How we use information
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Draxo product.
- Create accounts, authenticate users, manage workspaces, and provide customer support.
- Analyze business deal context, identify conversion risks, produce diagnostic outputs, create execution campaigns, and personalize the workspace experience.
- Process payments, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, and maintain required business records.
- Send service updates, product notices, onboarding messages, security alerts, and billing messages.
3. AI and imported deal context
- Draxo may process deal notes, CRM exports, meeting summaries, emails, call notes, and similar business context to generate diagnostics and suggested next actions.
- If optional AI providers are configured, selected workspace content may be sent to those providers only to provide the requested product features.
- AI-generated outputs are operational suggestions for sales execution and should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, security, or procurement advice.
- Do not submit highly sensitive personal data, regulated health data, payment card details, personal government identifiers, or confidential third-party information unless you have the right to do so.
4. Privacy protection and confidentiality
- We treat customer workspace content, deal notes, imported CRM context, meeting summaries, and diagnostic outputs as confidential business information.
- We do not sell, rent, publish, or intentionally disclose your private workspace data to advertisers, data brokers, unrelated third parties, or other customers.
- We do not use your private deal data to publicly identify your company, your customers, your pipeline, or your sales process without your permission.
- Internal access to customer workspace data is limited to people who need it to operate, secure, debug, support, or improve Draxo.
- We use service providers only where needed to run the product, and we require them to process customer data for our service purposes rather than their own unrelated purposes.
5. Sharing and processors
- We share limited information with service providers that help us host, operate, secure, analyze, support, or bill for Draxo.
- We may disclose information only when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to prevent abuse, during a business transfer, or with your consent.
- We do not sell customer workspace data or disclose private deal context for advertising.
6. Retention, deletion, and security
- We keep account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
- You may request deletion or export of your workspace data by contacting support@usedraxo.com. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
- We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and operational practices intended to reduce unauthorized access.
- While no online service can guarantee absolute security, protecting customer privacy and business data is a core operating commitment for Draxo.
7. Your choices
- You may update account information, cancel subscriptions, request data export or deletion, and opt out of non-essential product communications.
- Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights such as access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion.
8. International use and children
- Draxo may process information in countries other than where you live. We use appropriate safeguards where required.
- Draxo is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16.
