Refund Policy

This policy explains how Draxo handles subscription cancellations, refund requests, failed payments, and paid services. It is designed for SaaS subscriptions, early customer pilots, and founder-led B2B sales workflows.

1. Free preview and trials

  • Draxo may offer free previews, demo workspaces, limited trials, or pilot access so teams can evaluate the product before paying.
  • A free preview does not require payment and can be changed, limited, paused, or discontinued as the product evolves.

2. Subscription billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, annual, or otherwise stated billing cycle.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled before the renewal date.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
  • If payment is handled by a payment processor, marketplace, or merchant of record, that provider may control the exact tax handling, processing timing, and refund destination.

3. Refund eligibility

  • For a first-time self-service subscription purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial payment.
  • Renewals, partial billing periods, usage after cancellation, add-ons, data import assistance, custom implementation, advisory work, and delivered professional services are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Refunds may be declined for abuse, repeated refund requests, chargeback misuse, violation of terms, or accounts created to avoid payment.

4. How to request a refund

  • Email support@usedraxo.com from the account owner email address.
  • Include your workspace name, billing email, payment date, payment provider receipt if available, and the reason for the request.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.

5. Plan changes and cancellations

  • You can cancel future subscription renewals from the billing portal when available or by contacting support.
  • Plan upgrades may take effect immediately. Downgrades usually take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
  • If a payment fails, Draxo may retry billing, suspend paid features, or downgrade the workspace after notice.

6. Legal requirements

  • Nothing in this policy limits refund rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer, tax, or payment laws.
  • If a payment processor, marketplace, or merchant of record handles your transaction, its refund timing, fees, taxes, and dispute process may also apply.
